God
has given CBMC a fresh vision for our future. He will accomplish it
through men who are fully committed to Him and to His purposes. This
vision is:
For all Men in our Movement to Experience:
- The
Power of One God
- The
Value of One Man
- The
Leverage of One Team
Resulting
in Spiritual Reproduction among Businessmen throughout the World

God is at
work in and through the men of CBMC, moving in their hearts to join Him
and invest their lives in others. A movement is defined as a "change
for strategic purposes." Sensing that God is at work, we are following
Him, seeking to be a ministry that is mobile and fluid, ready to adapt
as needed.

The Christian
life begins with God drawing men into a life-changing relationship with
Him. By His power working through us, His purposes are fulfilled on earth.
Jesus said, "Apart from Me, you can do nothing." We are called,
not to work for Him, but to trust Him to work through us. That experience
fosters humility, reverence, and a godly passion which cannot be replaced
by a personal agenda.

Christ died
for each of us, paying an infinite price for our eternal debt. All men
are valued in the eyes of God, who loves them and pursues a relationship
with them. As we grow in Christ, He uses us to influence others to follow
Him. The results are changed lives and an eternal impact. The value of
one man multiplies as he trains men who train other men. In this way,
"the least of you will become a thousand."

Teamwork
is God's design to accomplish His work. This is illustrated by Christ
being the head and us being the body. We, also, team together with other
men to enhance our effectiveness in ministry. Together more is accomplished,
and we experience Him through enriched relationships which transcend the
work.

God has given
CBMC the opportunity to take the light of Christ to the business world.
It begins with one man reaching out to and investing his life in a man
who will in turn do the same. This is spiritual reproduction and by God's
power, men reaching men will multiply throughout the nations, thus fulfilling
Christ's Great Commission.
