The Net Bible is a whole new translation of the Bible. It includes extensive notes with the translation, notes that operate on more than one level — a more technical level for pastors, teachers, and students of Greek and Hebrew who are interested in the grammatical, syntactical, and text-critical details of the translation, and a more popular level comparable to current study Bibles offering explanatory details of interest to lay Bible students. In electronic format the length of these notes, a considerable problem with conventional printed Bibles, is no longer a major limitation. In short, the notes allow a sort of running commentary on the biblical text to a degree never before seen in modern translations of the Bible. The NET Bible with the complete set of text critical notes, translator’s notes, and study notes is not just a readable modern translation, but a copy of the Bible accompanied by its own commentary, containing an average of more than two notes for each verse.

The Biblical Studies Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded for the purpose of distributing sound, evangelical Bible study materials in electronic format so those with small personal libraries or without access to a local Bible college or seminary library, etc., may have access to sound biblical studies from their home.

ABCs for
Christian Growth

Laying the Foundation

Whether you are a non-Christian investigating the claims of Jesus Christ and Christianity, a young believer with a zillion questions, or a seasoned saint, our prayer and desire is that your relationship with Jesus Christ will grow and become more personal. We wish to instruct and discuss basic Bible truths to questions such as:

• What’s the Bible? How do I study God’s Word?
• Is it possible to have a personal relationship with God?
• Who is Jesus Christ and what has He done for me?

• How can I be guaranteed to have eternal life?
• How can I be assured I am a Christian?
• What’s God like?
• Who is the Holy Spirit?

The CBMC Ministry is made of up over 30,000 business and professional people located throughout the world. In Denver and throughout front range communities there are several such individuals. Each is committed to spending time either one on one or in a small group setting with business and professional people who want to grow in their understanding and walk with God. Here are three such opportunities:

  1. If you desire to learn more about having a relationship with God and or are a new believer then Operation Timothy Bible Studies Series is one of our favorite teaching guides. We also offer a short term 4 to 6 week Discovery Series (exploratory Bible study) after each of the Speaker Events. Topics include. Who is this Jesus? Jesus claimed power over death? Jesus offered forgiveness of sin. Jesus offers new life.
  2. We also team up with other believers in small group settings on a weekly basis. Several of these ministry teams meet in our area.

If you would like more information on any of these opportunities please click on the CBMC icon above or here and complete the associated form. Someone will contact you shortly.
